Grapevine1. Accepting the Terms
By using the information, tools, features, and functionality on Grapevine and its sub-domains (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Use of the Service is only permitted if you are of legal age in your country to enter into binding contracts.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a cashback network that rewards users for sharing anonymous insights with local food businesses. Members earn automatic cashback by paying with a connected card and can withdraw accumulated points as real money.
3. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy and do not sell, exchange, or release your personal information to third parties without consent, unless required by law. For more details, see our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement. The policy may be updated at our discretion, with changes effective upon posting to the site.
Before accessing a user's data, Grapevine will present a written agreement detailing data use, collection, storage, and handling practices in accordance with legal standards. By using the service, you agree that your data may be accessed by our service providers, including Yodlee, solely for delivering the Service. See Yodlee's FastLink Terms for details.
Our service is connected by Envestnet | Yodlee. When you request data from a source connected to our service, Yodlee collects that data and provides it to us. Yodlee acts on our behalf in this process, meaning we share your data with Yodlee as one of our service providers. 4. Your Registration
Your account must be registered by a human, and you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which allows access to the Service. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Registration Information, notify us immediately at support@joingrapevine.com.
5. Service Use and Availability
Your access and use of joingrapevine.com may be interrupted from time to time for any reason, including maintenance or repair. Accessing the Service via unauthorized means, such as scraping or reverse engineering, is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Credentials
You provide log-in credentials (“Credentials”) to your accounts at your own risk.
By using our service you agree that the data sources that maintain your accounts and any third parties that interact with your Credentials or account data in connection with our service are not liable for any loss, theft, compromise, or misuse whatsoever in connection with our services (including negligence), except to the extent such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Data sources make no warranties of any kind related to the data provided by our services--whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Except for PDFs of official account documents we retrieve on your behalf and provide to you without alteration, no data provided by our services is an official record of any of your accounts.
7. Rights and Intellectual Property
By submitting content, you license it to Grapevine solely for providing the Service. You affirm that you have the right to provide this content for its intended purpose.
The content on Grapevine, including text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright under applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
8. Data Source Liability
Data sources provide access at no additional charge to participants and will have no liability whatsoever to participants or users relating to accessing or using data. No data source or related party will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Grapevine provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and grants no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Grapevine shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Grapevine for any claims arising from your Service use or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination and Modifications
Either party may terminate this Agreement. If you wish to close your account, contact us at support@joingrapevine.com. Grapevine reserves the right to modify these Terms, with material changes communicated via the website 30 days before taking effect.
