Data Safekeeping
Your peace of mind is our priority. Your data will be kept secure while your account is active. Should you decide to delete your account, we take meticulous steps to ensure your data is properly erased:
- All personally identifiable information is permanently wiped off from our production databases, leaving no trace of your financial footprints.
- We further ensure that all data, including your username and password, are completely eradicated from our third-party banking feeds provider's database.
- Any personal data stored with our third-party service providers is either fully removed or anonymized using the most comprehensive tools available, ensuring your identity is well-protected.
For added assurance, backups of your data, stored in encrypted form, are kept at a secure offsite location. These backups are safeguarded with stringent access control measures. After a 7-day period, these backups are permanently and irreversibly destroyed.
